Refund Policy

SiteHerald is operated by Moran Festinger, a sole proprietorship, P.O. Box 21778, Karmiel 20100, Israel (“we”, “us”). Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and Merchant of Record.

1. Personalized digital products are final once delivered

The full report and the Done-For-You Fix Pack are personalized digital products generated for your specific website and made available to you immediately after purchase. Because they are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, every purchase is final and non-refundable once the full report has been opened or the Fix Pack has been downloaded. By completing checkout you agree to immediate delivery on these terms.

2. Exception: delivery failure

If a technical problem on our side prevented delivery (you could not open your full report and could not download your Fix Pack), contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will either fix the delivery right away or refund your payment in full.

3. Monthly plan ($19/month)

• Cancel anytime with one click from the “Manage subscription” link in any receipt, or by replying “cancel” to any of our emails. Cancelling stops all future charges; monitoring continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
• The first monthly payment includes your full report and Fix Pack and follows section 1 (final once opened or downloaded).
• Forgot to cancel? If you contact us within 48 hours of an automatic monthly renewal charge and you have not downloaded a Fix Pack since that renewal, we will refund that most recent renewal charge and cancel the plan. This applies to renewals only, not to the first month.

4. How to reach us

Write to hello@siteherald.com from the email you used at checkout. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
